Exchange, Returns and Warranty


Exchange Policy

An exchange will only be granted if the product is in the same condition as it was received and still contains all protective stickers etc on the product(s). Exchanges will only be valid up to 14 days of the item being received. To make an exchange claim please email - sales@blaax.com.au


BLAAX will allow for an exchange given that all the following conditions are adhered to;

  1. Has proof of purchase (Order No. and Name)
  2. In the same condition as sold 
  3. State the reason for the exchange

Original shipping and handling fees are not reimbursed, but BLAAX will send the exchange product at our own postage cost back to you within 10-14 days.

 

Return Policy

  1. For returns kindly email info@blaax.com.au with your full name, order number and the reason for your return. Please note that BLAAX only offers exchanges on all SALE products.

  2. Once your request has been approved please send the item(s) to:

  3. BLAAX will exchange or refund the total value of your item (via the original form of payment when purchasing the product) within 10-14 days of receiving and accepting the returned faulty item. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty. You will be notified by email once the transaction has taken place.

 

Warranty

The warranty will apply for all watches sold under BLAAX unless stated otherwise.

The warranty covers the following components:

  • The watch movements
  • Hands and dials

Should a covered component be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, BLAAX will do it's best to, fix the watch or replace it. 

 All watches have a 1 year warranty. Please retain your proof of purchase for any warranty claims.

 The warranty does not cover:

  • Battery, case, crystal/glass, strap or bracelet
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
  • Water damage unless marked “water-resistant” (Water damage of leather strap is not guaranteed in any circumstances)

The warranty is terminated if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
